I am an independent filmmaker based out of San Diego, California and experienced in multiple aspects of filmmaking from writing, directing and executive production to cinematography and editing. Having a background in art, music and theater since childhood, I always was drawn to captivating visual imagery and cinematic grandeur. Filmmakers such as Martin Scorcese, David Fincher, Christopher Nolan, Akira Kurosowa, Satyajit Ray and S.S. Rajamouli etc. had a great influence during my formative years and it can be clearly noticed in most of my work. Being an avid follower of critically acclaimed writers such as Sri Sri, Mullapudi Venkataramana, Bapu, J. Krishnamurthi, Jeffrey Archer, Dan Brown, Paul Coehlo etc, helped to form a well rounded perspective towards life in general, which I aim to reflect in my upcoming projects. From using Cinema as a tool to escape from reality, I have progressed to look at it as a means to tell compelling stories that can connect to an array of audience while being as honest as possible.
